Sam founded Sam Asher Computing Services in 1995 and has led the company from the start-up stage as a provider of software solutions to its current identity as the Ashergroup, a multi-division company offering IT consulting/programming solutions and custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Sam has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, programmer and lead project manager for a wide variety of complex database and network development projects. Beyond Sam's high level technical skills, he is known for his ability to lead and motivate project teams to offer his clients innovative, cost effective software solutions. Under Sam's leadership, the Ashergroup has built a reputation for delivering on-time, fully functional software that exceeds expectations. Sam Asher has a BA in Computer Science from the University of Rochester and is pursuing his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Russell P. Bell, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Russ brings the Ashergroup twelve years of solid business and management experience in multiple engineering fields. His extensive HR experience includes seven years in the placement arena hiring and managing all types of IT professionals. During the past six years he has served as Account Executive, Branch Manager, and VP of Staffing Solutions for the Ashergroup. Russ¹s educational background includes mechanical design and engineering with a focus on management issues.
